Engage visitors in outdoor gallery spaces of the Children’s Garden, presenting STEM and Earth/Life Science content, ensuring exhibits are ready and safe, monitoring public behavior, reporting issues, and delivering inviting educational programming.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of seasonal and year-round garden events. Manage project plans, budgets, vendors, partnerships, cross-functional teams, and post-event evaluation to increase visitation and revenue while ensuring high-quality guest experiences.

Lead and execute a comprehensive fundraising and membership strategy, overseeing annual giving, major/planned gifts, corporate and foundation relations, sponsorships, events, and membership acquisition/retention. Manage a development team and volunteers, collaborate with senior leadership and Board, use CRM to track pipelines and metrics, manage budgets, ensure stewardship and compliance, and serve as a public ambassador to grow philanthropic revenue and advance institutional priorities.
