Builds and develops a high-performing team, collaborates across departments, and balances commercial growth with mission, brand, operational capacity, and guest experience.

The Human Resources Business Partner supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, compliance, performance management, training, HR metrics, HRIS administration, and workforce communications. The role partners with managers and employees to resolve workplace concerns, interpret policies, mitigate risk, improve engagement, and advance people initiatives across compensated and volunteer workforces.

Engage visitors in outdoor gallery spaces of the Children’s Garden, presenting STEM and Earth/Life Science content, ensuring exhibits are ready and safe, monitoring public behavior, reporting issues, and delivering inviting educational programming.
