Manage day-to-day execution of public educational programming in the Rory Meyers Children’s Adventure Garden. Develop and update curricula, coordinate daily operations and staffing, train and supervise facilitators and volunteers, run themed events and off-site outreach, collect visitor feedback and engagement data, and serve as Manager on Duty to ensure high-quality guest experiences.

Lead strategy and execution for individual and membership fundraising, managing donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and a portfolio of major/planned gift prospects. Oversee membership and annual giving programs, supervise staff, coordinate cross-functional donor communications, plan stewardship events, and partner with leadership on fundraising goals and metrics to grow philanthropic support.

Lead and execute a comprehensive fundraising and membership strategy, overseeing annual giving, major/planned gifts, corporate and foundation relations, sponsorships, events, and membership acquisition/retention. Manage a development team and volunteers, collaborate with senior leadership and Board, use CRM to track pipelines and metrics, manage budgets, ensure stewardship and compliance, and serve as a public ambassador to grow philanthropic revenue and advance institutional priorities.
