Teams at Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden

Leads the Dallas Arboretum’s base membership program, overseeing acquisition, revenue growth, renewals, retention, reactivation, member experience, benefits, campaigns, segmentation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The role supervises a membership coordinator, partners across Development, Marketing, Guest Experience, and Finance, and uses CRM data, testing, and performance analysis to improve membership outcomes and encourage advancement into higher-level giving societies.

Lead and execute a comprehensive fundraising and membership strategy, overseeing annual giving, major/planned gifts, corporate and foundation relations, sponsorships, events, and membership acquisition/retention. Manage a development team and volunteers, collaborate with senior leadership and Board, use CRM to track pipelines and metrics, manage budgets, ensure stewardship and compliance, and serve as a public ambassador to grow philanthropic revenue and advance institutional priorities.
