Acts as strategic partner to the family and senior leadership, promoting culture, discretion, and high-impact HR programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Provide regional end-user IT support and endpoint management across global offices. Manage macOS (Jamf) and Windows (Intune) devices, administer Okta and Entra ID, enforce endpoint security, support collaboration and connectivity tools, assist incident response and compliance (ISO 27001), maintain documentation, and partner with global IT and security teams. Occasional after-hours and up to 15% travel.
