Provides high-trust administrative and business-management support to a Singapore investment team. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, travel and expenses, meeting and event planning, workflow coordination, vendor and systems administration, confidential information handling, and support for office initiatives and ad hoc projects across global teams.

Conduct macroeconomic and market research, synthesize findings into investment memos, and develop Python-based investment systems. Support portfolio construction, diagnostics, global investment collaboration, and process improvements. The role requires strong statistics, coding, analytical reasoning, macroeconomics, investing knowledge, curiosity, initiative, and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly. This internship runs during summer 2027 and requires in-office presence in New York City.

The Accounting Associate manages bookkeeping and monthly close activities, general ledgers, bank and credit card reconciliations, cash management, disbursement reviews, and tax reporting support. The role owns accounting projects, reviews financial records, identifies risks, implements process improvements, and supports audit and tax readiness while maintaining accurate and confidential financial information.

Design, deploy, and secure scalable AWS and Azure cloud environments using IaC. Build secure CI/CD pipelines, enforce software supply-chain protections, harden AKS/EKS, manage key rotation and data protection, and centralize telemetry into Microsoft Defender for Cloud. Support secure AI/LLM platforms and operationalize cloud security posture and runtime protections.

Lead international tax compliance and planning for a portfolio of UAE and Singapore entities. Manage third-party advisors, review US and foreign returns, address IFRS, transfer pricing, and global mobility issues, oversee audits and tax payments, and provide tax guidance to senior management and cross-functional teams.

Provide high-level administrative support to Head of Global Strategic Planning and Chief of Staff oCEO: manage complex calendars, coordinate stakeholders, prepare meetings and documents, process finance transactions, support projects and events, maintain task lists and workflows, and handle confidential matters across a global, fast-paced family office.

Leads portfolio analytics and reporting across public and private markets, including performance methodology, attribution, cash flows, commitments, liquidity, risk, valuations, compliance, and total-portfolio reporting. Builds automated Python data pipelines, calculation engines, validation frameworks, and reporting workflows. Oversees multi-custodian data, vendor relationships, regulatory reporting, and GIPS alignment while advising investment teams, trustees, and senior leadership.

Provide regional end-user IT support and endpoint management across global offices. Manage macOS (Jamf) and Windows (Intune) devices, administer Okta and Entra ID, enforce endpoint security, support collaboration and connectivity tools, assist incident response and compliance (ISO 27001), maintain documentation, and partner with global IT and security teams. Occasional after-hours and up to 15% travel.
