Lead international tax compliance and planning for a portfolio of UAE and Singapore entities. Manage third-party advisors, review US and foreign returns, address IFRS, transfer pricing, and global mobility issues, oversee audits and tax payments, and provide tax guidance to senior management and cross-functional teams.

The Senior Accounting Associate will manage bookkeeping and accounting for various entities, drive financial projects, and improve processes while collaborating with stakeholders.

Lead full-cycle FinTech recruiting: build proactive talent pipelines, manage requisitions and agencies, partner with hiring managers, own offers and compliance, track recruiting metrics, and deliver excellent candidate experience for technical and business-critical roles.

Design, deploy, and maintain resilient connectivity solutions (fiber, coax, LTE/5G, satellite) for domestic and international residences and offices. Own redundancy, failover, performance monitoring, and secure network standards. Troubleshoot multi-layer connectivity issues, lead low-voltage and construction connectivity work, review designs and coordinate cutovers, and travel ~15% for site support and project delivery.

Own accounting and reporting for a diverse investment portfolio, reconcile custodial and manager reports, record investment income and gains/losses, manage monthly close and general ledger, support cash management, prepare schedules for financial/audit/tax reporting, resolve valuation discrepancies, and lead process improvement projects across stakeholders.

Serve as a strategic partner to drive execution of cross-functional strategic projects, manage priorities and stakeholders, prepare executive communications, track deliverables and risks, facilitate decision-making, coordinate leadership meetings, and remove obstacles to ensure timely alignment across the technology and investment organization.
