Lead international tax compliance and planning for a portfolio of UAE and Singapore entities. Manage third-party advisors, review US and foreign returns, address IFRS, transfer pricing, and global mobility issues, oversee audits and tax payments, and provide tax guidance to senior management and cross-functional teams.

Provide high-level administrative support to Head of Global Strategic Planning and Chief of Staff oCEO: manage complex calendars, coordinate stakeholders, prepare meetings and documents, process finance transactions, support projects and events, maintain task lists and workflows, and handle confidential matters across a global, fast-paced family office.

Leads portfolio analytics and reporting across public and private markets, including performance methodology, attribution, cash flows, commitments, liquidity, risk, valuations, compliance, and total-portfolio reporting. Builds automated Python data pipelines, calculation engines, validation frameworks, and reporting workflows. Oversees multi-custodian data, vendor relationships, regulatory reporting, and GIPS alignment while advising investment teams, trustees, and senior leadership.
