Lead international tax compliance and planning for a portfolio of UAE and Singapore entities. Manage third-party advisors, review US and foreign returns, address IFRS, transfer pricing, and global mobility issues, oversee audits and tax payments, and provide tax guidance to senior management and cross-functional teams.
