Acts as deputy to the Stakeholder Engagement Director, overseeing client relationships, delivery quality, team leadership, resource planning, budgets, profitability, recruitment, business development, and service-line growth. Builds scalable processes, supports bids and proposals, manages operational performance, and develops high-performing consultancy teams.

Leads geomatics and spatial property diligence for infrastructure projects across Ireland, from route appraisal through construction. Manages GIS data, property records, land-rights information, suppliers, project budgets, forecasts, KPIs, client relationships, and deliverables. Provides strategic property diligence advice, supports business development and tendering, quality-assures work, and develops junior staff through line management and mentoring.

Leads the DM Academy Content Studio, converting technical expertise into engaging digital learning assets including videos, micro-learning, e-learning modules, podcasts, guides, and technical explainers. The role manages content production, instructional design, authoring tools, stakeholder collaboration, quality assurance, learning technology, content promotion, and engagement measurement. It establishes scalable content processes and improves access to technical knowledge across the organization.
