Lead a multidisciplinary team supporting a nationally significant rail programme, ensuring strong client service, project delivery, commercial performance, forecasting, and resource planning. Build senior stakeholder relationships, develop the client account, identify additional service opportunities, and position the company as a trusted long-term infrastructure partner. The role combines operational leadership, team development, client management, and strategic business growth while working closely with a major Tier 1 contractor.

Provides archaeological and built heritage consultancy for utilities and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include preparing archaeological desk-based assessments, heritage statements, EIA chapters, fieldwork strategies, survey commissioning, site oversight, stakeholder consultation, reporting, mentoring, fee proposals, and project budget and deadline management.

Leads stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, consultation, public affairs, and community relations programmes for major infrastructure and utilities clients. Acts as deputy to the Stakeholder Engagement Director, overseeing client relationships, delivery quality, team leadership, resource planning, budgets, profitability, recruitment, business development, and service-line growth. Builds scalable processes, supports bids and proposals, manages operational performance, and develops high-performing consultancy teams.
