Builds customer and supplier relationships to expand DALB’s diversity manufacturing business. Identifies and qualifies opportunities, develops sales pipelines, closes strategic opportunities, manages key accounts, and advises leadership on growth initiatives. Partners with engineering and manufacturing teams on new products, evaluates market and competitor trends, prepares business reports, and manages account plans, schedules, budgets, and customer documentation. The role requires technical knowledge of plastics manufacturing, strong communication skills, and nationwide and international travel.

Coordinates front desk and general office operations, including phone and visitor management, meeting logistics, office supplies, mail, deliveries, catering, conference rooms, travel arrangements, document preparation, filing, and administrative support for management. Maintains a welcoming professional environment, follows security and office procedures, documents front-office processes, and provides customer service while managing shifting priorities.

Maintain and govern customer master data and CRM records; analyze sales data for forecasting, demand planning, trend analysis, and customer insights; troubleshoot data issues, enforce data policies, and produce reports and visualizations to support business decisions.
