Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for window, door, and architectural glass businesses across Canada and Alaska. Responsibilities include paid search and social advertising, SEO, social media management, content creation, website optimization, AI-enabled marketing, analytics, lead generation, and performance reporting. The specialist will directly manage advertising platforms, coordinate vendors, support multiple portfolio companies, and optimize campaigns based on business results.

Manage planning and delivery of civil construction projects (water, sewer, roads, earthworks). Coordinate teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, risks; ensure safety, quality, documentation, client communication, and timely reporting throughout project lifecycle.

Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and payroll using QuickBooks, manage accounts payable/receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, prepare payments, assist with financial statements and tax filings, participate in budgeting, and provide general administrative support to management.

Support implementation and monitoring of HSE program for sewer and water civil construction projects. Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, incident investigations, deliver orientations and training, maintain safety documentation, assist emergency preparedness, and liaise with managers, subcontractors and crews to enforce safe practices and corrective actions.

Support PVC window and door production by staging materials, cutting, welding, assembling, glazing, finishing, installing basic hardware, performing quality checks, and following safety procedures to meet daily production targets.

Provide administrative and operational support for commercial aluminum fabrication and installation: crew scheduling, inventory tracking, timesheets, payroll support, invoicing, material ordering, shipment tracking, correspondence, meeting support, and general office coordination to ensure projects run on schedule.
