Handle phone-based sales, customer service, will-call traffic, and office support while assisting outside sales representatives. Supports outside salespeople and customers with quotes, order entry, product availability, product questions, orders, follow-up, and issue resolution. Coordinates with branch teams on order status and deliveries, provides responsive service by phone and email, and occasionally assists with limited will-call traffic. Requires knowledge of lumber, cabinet supply, or woodworking products, strong communication and customer-service skills, computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests.

Supports inside sales activities for a building materials distributor, including answering phones, assisting customers, facilitating will-call traffic, providing support to outside sales representatives, and learning the hardwood lumber and cabinet supply business. The role also performs office and customer service functions and requires strong computer skills, a positive attitude, and bilingual communication abilities.
