Supports project accounting and general finance activities, including job setup, job costing, revenue recognition, customer billing, purchase orders, reconciliations, month-end close, reporting, audit preparation, and process improvement. Provides backup support for accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax filings, and related accounting functions while maintaining accurate project records and assisting the VP of Finance.

Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic metal fabrication equipment; perform aluminum shearing and punching; document production in an MRP system; conduct preventative maintenance and quality inspections; maintain shop organization and inventory; and follow safety procedures. The role requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
