Serve as the primary contact for residents, owners, and boards handling inbound/outbound communications, triaging issues, coordinating vendors and appointments, improving processes, and working cross-functionally to meet KPIs and elevate the resident experience.

Manage full sales cycle for assigned territory/product: qualify leads, conduct discovery and demos, negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handoffs to onboarding and operations. Maintain CRM records, collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to refine offerings, support revenue ops, and contribute market feedback to drive growth.

Lead end-to-end AI product initiatives to design, build, and ship agentic workflows that automate property management processes. Define strategy, OKRs, metrics, run experiments, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver production AI features with strong UX and human oversight.

Lead and scale the marketing function, owning brand, growth, communications, and demand generation. Build and mentor a high-performing team, define go-to-market strategy, implement AI-driven marketing automation, optimize website and inbound acquisition, manage budget and KPIs, and advise the CEO and executive team to drive company growth.

Early-career accountant will own building-level accounting for a portfolio of properties: reconciliations, journal entries, budgeting, monthly close, reporting, and discrepancy resolution. Build and improve automated workflows using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Google Sheets), partner with senior finance and account teams, and support forecasting, systems projects, and scaling the finance function.

Lead Daisy's M&A strategy and execution: source and close acquisitions, build underwriting and integration playbooks, partner on financing, and create a repeatable, AI-powered M&A engine. Work directly with the CEO, board, and cross-functional teams to protect acquired revenue and track performance against thesis.

Lead end-to-end feature development for Daisy's AI-driven building OS. Design and ship agentic workflows with human oversight, collaborate cross-functionally, and push coding agents to increase developer velocity and democratize development for non-coders.

Own the end-to-end transition and onboarding for new buildings joining Daisy. Coordinate internal teams and third parties, run status meetings, manage escalations, ensure on-time milestones, drive process improvements, and maintain board/client communication and satisfaction.
