Owns cross-functional operational excellence programs spanning SLAs, metrics, process redesign, portfolio integrations, AI automation, onboarding, training, and workforce scheduling. The role builds scalable operating systems, dashboards, SOPs, capacity models, and integration playbooks while partnering with product, engineering, finance, facilities, and property management. Success requires improving operational metrics, encoding workflows into systems and AI agents, enabling frontline teams, and preparing the company for rapid multi-market growth.

Own the full accounts receivable cycle across a multi-entity property management portfolio, including billing, cash application, reconciliation, month-end close, aging, collections, delinquency escalation, and board reporting. Develop SOPs, improve controls and audit readiness, and partner with Finance, Product Operations, and Account Management on automation and AI tools. Manage special assessments, payment discrepancies, resident and board communications, and potentially coach AR staff or offshore teams.

Works directly with operations teams and Forward Deployed Engineers to identify inefficiencies, prioritize opportunities, and ship process improvements, automations, and AI-driven workflows. Responsibilities include writing requirements, prototyping with AI tools, building dashboards and metrics, maintaining SOPs, managing rollouts, tracking adoption, and incorporating stakeholder feedback into the product roadmap.
