Develop end-to-end features for an AI-driven building operating system. The role requires strong full-stack engineering, product sense, AI experience, and the ability to work independently on complex systems.

Own AI product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration. Design and ship agentic workflows that automate property management operations with human oversight. Partner with engineering, design, operations, and business teams; define metrics, run experiments, and use feedback to guide product direction. The role requires production AI product experience, generative AI expertise, strong AI UX judgment, zero-to-one startup experience, and hands-on use of AI tools.

Owns cross-functional operational excellence programs spanning SLAs, metrics, process redesign, portfolio integrations, AI automation, onboarding, training, and workforce scheduling. The role builds scalable operating systems, dashboards, SOPs, capacity models, and integration playbooks while partnering with product, engineering, finance, facilities, and property management. Success requires improving operational metrics, encoding workflows into systems and AI agents, enabling frontline teams, and preparing the company for rapid multi-market growth.
