Owns end-to-end onboarding and transition of new buildings to Daisy’s property management platform. Coordinates internal teams, outgoing management companies, vendors, and other partners; manages timelines, documentation, status meetings, escalations, and handoffs. Serves as the primary client contact for condo, co-op, and HOA boards, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction through go-live and stabilization. Also identifies process improvements and leads related initiatives.

Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta and Google, managing strategy, budgets, testing, optimization, and measurable customer acquisition outcomes. Build experimentation programs, develop creative campaign concepts, connect marketing performance to qualified pipeline and revenue, and optimize HubSpot segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, routing, reporting, and attribution. Use AI and automation to analyze data, automate reporting, improve workflows, and support scalable national growth.

Develop end-to-end features for an AI-driven building operating system. Design and ship agentic workflows that automate operational processes with human oversight, collaborate across product, design, operations, and business teams, and use coding agents to improve development velocity. The role requires strong full-stack engineering, product sense, AI experience, and the ability to work independently on complex systems.
