Administers Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, business applications, endpoints, and infrastructure. Maintains cybersecurity controls, backups, disaster recovery, system availability, licensing, documentation, and compliance. Provides advanced technical support, coordinates vendors and integrations, responds to incidents, supports technology projects, and recommends infrastructure improvements. The role requires on-call availability and proximity to Ithaca, New York.

Provides technical support to customers and team members, troubleshoots Windows hardware issues remotely, configures computers, cameras, routers, switches, and related network equipment, and prepares equipment for installation. Maintains documentation, handles inventory receiving and shipping, audits physical inventory, and identifies workflow improvements. Collaborates with senior staff and supports agricultural technology services.

Provides technical support for hardware issues, triages and resolves requests, configures equipment, and supports network devices and Windows systems. Develops workflow improvements, researches and deploys efficiency-enhancing technologies, and collaborates with senior staff to improve agricultural industry services. The role is primarily office-based with remote-work opportunities and may require lifting up to 50 pounds.
