Teams at Daikin Applied

Supports sales representatives with technical applications, system modifications, options, pricing, and customer requirements for HVAC products. Tracks new products and competitive models, contributes to technical literature, communicates product improvement opportunities to product management, and assists with product training for sales teams and customers.

Supports air-cooled chiller product lines through product marketing, new product development, sustaining product initiatives, sales collateral, promotional tools, and selection software. Evaluates customer needs, distribution requirements, market trends, competition, pricing, and profitability. Develops strategic sales guidance, supports forecasting and ROI projections, and coordinates with product management, engineering, sales, and customers. The role requires an engineering degree or equivalent experience, three or more years of related industrial machinery experience, and less than 15% travel.

Provides administrative and foundational HR support for onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, reporting, orientations, labor agreement administration, employee relations, and service award programs. Responds to employee questions about HR policies, compensation, benefits, and employment conditions. Maintains compliance with legal and reporting requirements and supports HR documentation for an assigned location.
