Leads commercial HVAC projects for data center construction across the West Region, overseeing planning, budgets, schedules, staffing, installation, commissioning, compliance, safety, change orders, billing, warranty transition, and customer relationships. The role coordinates owners, contractors, subcontractors, internal teams, and governmental agencies while ensuring projects meet timelines, quality standards, cost targets, and customer expectations. It requires 50–75% regional travel and frequent work on construction sites, including possible evenings and weekends.
