Develops electro-mechanical designs for commercial HVAC systems and subsystems. Creates test plans, supports performance and reliability testing, analyzes technical information, and collaborates with product management, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and service teams. Supports phase-gate product development, investigates manufacturing issues, applies corrective actions, and monitors component and industry technology improvements.

Leads enterprise organizational effectiveness, change management, organizational design, operating model transformation, and workforce initiatives. Partners with executives to drive complex cross-functional transformations, develop change strategies, improve organizational performance, establish enterprise frameworks, coach leaders, and measure adoption and business outcomes. The role also supports post-acquisition integration, shared services, restructuring, and scalable change capabilities.

Coach and train regional sales and service teams in consultative selling for HVAC, building automation, and energy solutions. Develop and execute regional sales plans, qualify opportunities, perform onsite surveys, partner with engineering and project teams, prepare pipeline reports, and represent the brand at marketing events to win turnkey installations and integrated service solutions.
