Support cloud and data environments by auditing cloud costs, identifying waste, implementing rightsizing and autoscaling, managing Savings Plans, enforcing tagging, automating FinOps routines, and maintaining cost observability dashboards. Designs and maintains scalable AWS-based ETL/ELT pipelines and layered data lake architectures using Python and SQL. Builds incremental, reliable, observable pipelines for structured and unstructured data, with strong data quality, security, and recovery practices. Applies AI, machine learning, and LLM techniques to extract, classify, standardize, enrich, deduplicate, and match records. Collaborates with engineers, analysts, clients, and stakeholders on architecture, implementation, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Supports the Solutions Engineering team by creating SQL demonstrations, exploratory analyses, queries, reports, visualizations, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts using public and customer datasets. Assists with environment setup, task automation, cloud infrastructure, and technical community initiatives such as events, webinars, training, and content creation. Collaborates with technical leadership while gaining practical experience in data science and analytics.

Supports outbound and inbound prospecting, cold-lead outreach, lead qualification, prospect research, meeting scheduling, and CRM updates. Builds prospecting cadences, tracks outreach metrics, organizes lead lists, and collaborates with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging and campaigns. The role develops skills in B2B SaaS sales, consultative selling, and sales communication.

Supports financial data extraction, quality checks, dashboard creation, report automation, metric documentation, forecasting preparation, and process documentation. The intern will use SQL, visualization tools, AI, and automation technologies to improve financial routines and solve business problems while learning in a data-focused SaaS environment.

Supports accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, collections monitoring, cash flow tracking, financial close, budgeting reports, KPI monitoring, and leadership presentations. The intern also manages financial documentation, software subscriptions, vendor contracts, process documentation, and identifies opportunities to automate repetitive finance tasks using AI, scripts, and modern tools.
