Support cloud and data environments by auditing cloud costs, identifying waste, implementing rightsizing and autoscaling, managing Savings Plans, enforcing tagging, automating FinOps routines, and maintaining cost observability dashboards. The role collaborates with Engineering and Data teams to balance infrastructure performance and cost across AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud using Terraform and Kubernetes.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will develop financial scenarios, business plans, budgets, forecasts, and predictive models. Responsibilities include analyzing actuals versus budget, monitoring OpEx and CapEx KPIs, preparing monthly reports and leadership presentations, supporting pricing and project costing, and providing data-driven insights for strategic decisions. The role also serves as the primary FP&A contact for internal and external stakeholders and supports cash flow, treasury, investments, loans, and financing activities.

Provide customer and internal IT support by managing tickets, assisting clients through multiple channels, troubleshooting workstations and connectivity, maintaining IT inventory, organizing equipment purchases, and escalating complex issues. The intern works with Customer Success leadership while gaining hands-on experience in a technology-driven environment.
