Designs scalable, secure cloud and hybrid architectures using Microsoft Azure, while guiding legacy migration and integrating networks, infrastructure, platforms, storage, applications, and data systems. Develops architecture standards, principles, documentation, and reusable reference architectures. Responsibilities include stand and turnaround management, airside inspections, aircraft marshalling and escorting, GSE and vehicle compliance, safety enforcement, incident investigation, emergency response, adverse-weather operations, regulatory compliance, and coordination with ATC, handlers, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders. The role requires completing comprehensive training and assessments before independently performing safety-critical duties.

Oversee and tactically manage Dublin Airport’s apron and airfield operations on a 24/7 shift basis. Responsibilities include turnaround and stand management, aircraft marshalling and escorting, GSE and vehicle inspections, safety audits, incident investigation, emergency response, regulatory compliance, airside works coordination, adverse-weather operations, and enforcement of airport rules. The role interfaces with airlines, handlers, ATC, contractors, and internal teams while supporting safe, efficient operations under EASA regulations and the airport Safety Management System.

Lead the Group Safety Regulation & Compliance function, advise Executive and Board on safety governance and regulatory compliance, act as Compliance Manager for specified airports, develop and assure safety management frameworks, maintain regulatory relationships, provide independent assurance on safety systems, drive Just Culture and safety improvement, and build team capability to manage safety risk across domestic and international operations.

Manage and improve workplace experience at Dublin Airport Central by coordinating standards, suppliers, cross-functional initiatives and employee feedback to drive engagement and continuous improvement.

Support planning, coordination, and delivery of airport advisory projects. Produce reports, presentations and analyses, manage project documentation, engage clients, conduct research, and travel internationally to support on-site delivery.

Analyze and report energy and carbon data for Dublin Airport, deliver monthly consumption, cost and emissions reporting, manage billing and tariffs, maintain meter database, support regulatory returns and ISO50001, develop dashboards (Power BI), lead energy awareness and stakeholder engagement.
