Lead development and commercialization of Commercial 3.0: define vision, roadmap and product tiers; validate solutions in live airport settings; design software-led toolkits; create go-to-market, governance and sales assets; build partnerships; drive revenue optimisation across diagnostics, CRM, pricing, data visualization and ancillary integrations; present progress to executive stakeholders and support commercial transformation strategy.
