The HR Generalist will provide guidance on HR matters, oversee HR admin processes, support employee relations, analyse HR data, and contribute to HR policy development.

Provide commercial legal advice across the firm: draft, review and negotiate contracts; manage corporate housekeeping and structuring; advise on privacy, IP and AI matters; support legal tech adoption; assess novel products and regulatory changes; and partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance and Business Development.

Eight-week internship blending theory, simulated trading, programming training, and project work. Collaborate with traders, quantitative researchers, and software engineers to learn trading strategies, risk management, and market dynamics, with potential full-time offers after graduation.
