Support pre-sales through product demonstrations, value proposition development, demo environment design, requirements gathering, documentation, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses. Act as the liaison between Sales and Financial Engineering, translating prospect needs and coordinating technical resources. The role requires expertise in wealth, portfolio, or risk management, strong presentation skills, and the ability to explain complex financial technology concepts to prospects and clients.

Leads the company’s financial strategy, capital planning, treasury, financial operations, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, investor relations, banking relationships, and regulatory compliance. Partners with executives, the board, investors, and People teams on strategic decisions, payroll, resource planning, and profitability. The role also develops scalable finance processes and will eventually build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Provides operational and administrative support to wealth management clients using the d1g1t platform. Responsibilities include client support, platform configuration, user onboarding, reconciliation, software testing, documentation, training, reporting, dashboard development, and identifying product improvements. The role works closely with clients and product teams while analyzing and organizing financial data using spreadsheets, SQL, and Python.
