Six-week, on-site training program preparing aspiring legal professionals for entry-level paralegal and legal assistant roles. Participants receive classroom and practical instruction in case management, calendaring, filings, client communication, drafting, and attorney support. Successful participants may be considered for a full-time Litigation Paralegal position paying $30 per hour, with benefits.

Handle incoming client communications; process and review documents; draft letters requesting employee records; summarize phone conversations; perform other administrative duties. Training provided; bilingual Spanish pay premium.

Represent employees in California employment litigation with emphasis on wage-and-hour class and PAGA actions. Draft and argue motions (including settlement approval), conduct legal research, attend hearings, manage caseloads and client meetings, collaborate with senior attorneys, and maintain professional ethical standards.
