Six-week, in-person paralegal training combining classroom instruction and hands-on legal work. Participants support attorneys with case management, calendaring, filings, client communication, and drafting. Program prepares candidates for entry-level litigation paralegal roles and includes mentorship and potential full-time placement.

Handle pre-litigation employment matters for employees: conduct intake calls, draft demand letters, negotiate settlements, attend mediations, file and prosecute administrative claims, collaborate with senior attorneys, and maintain professional client communication and case documentation.

Represent employees in California employment litigation by drafting motions, briefs, and pleadings; conducting legal research; managing caseloads and deadlines; collaborating with senior attorneys on complex matters; and maintaining professional and ethical standards in fast-paced adversarial litigation.
