10-week, full-time on-site summer associate program at a plaintiff-side employment litigation firm. Summer associates perform substantive legal work on wage-and-hour, PAGA, and FEHA/termination matters, receive mentorship from experienced litigators, and participate in professional development to prepare for plaintiff-side litigation practice.

Handle pre-litigation employment matters for employees: conduct intake calls, draft demand letters, negotiate settlements, attend mediations, file and prosecute administrative claims, collaborate with senior attorneys, and maintain professional client communication and case documentation.

Represent employees in California employment litigation by drafting motions, briefs, and pleadings; conducting legal research; managing caseloads and deadlines; collaborating with senior attorneys on complex matters; and maintaining professional and ethical standards in fast-paced adversarial litigation.
