Serve as an HR Business Partner and lead employee experience, employer branding, and CSR initiatives. Design and implement cross-organizational HR processes, manage stakeholders and Office Managers, and support global scaling using HiBob HRIS. Provide strategic and hands-on HR leadership to shape culture and growth.

Lead strategic HR business partnership and organizational development globally: coach senior leaders, design and run performance, OKR and leveling processes, manage HiBob HRIS, integrate AI tools into HR workflows, and drive data-driven people insights to support scaling and retention.

Manage day-to-day office operations including front desk duties, inventory and vendor coordination, and administrative support across HR, Accounting, Legal, Operations, ISO and safety audits. Maintain supplies, welcome guests, and ensure smooth office functioning during set hours (08:30-17:30).
