Manage air import operations, including customer inquiries, order processing, shipment tracking, issue resolution, shipping documentation, vendor invoicing, and customer billing. Coordinate with overseas offices, agents, vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure compliant and efficient shipment movement. Provide customer updates, resolve complaints, maintain accurate records, and identify process improvements. The role supports U.S. operations during an evening-to-overnight shift in Mumbai.

Develop new business and manage client relationships for freight forwarding and logistics services across the Indian market. Promote air and ocean freight, warehousing, customs clearance, and logistics solutions; analyze competitors and pricing; meet sales targets; coordinate with overseas agents and operations teams; resolve customer issues; and represent the company at industry events. Travel within India and internationally as required.
