The Product Owner manages software product backlogs, translates business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and coordinates Agile sprint planning, development, QA validation, and releases. The role serves as the liaison between Product Management, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders, monitors progress, resolves blockers, maintains documentation, and ensures enhancements align with business priorities and customer expectations.

Leads full-cycle IT recruiting by writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring needs, and maintaining talent pipelines. Handles confidential employee information, grievances, and disciplinary records while collaborating with IT and other departments.

Manage and maintain customer accounts, collaborate with engineering to validate solutions, prepare quotes and proposals, follow up with customers and sales executives, close sales, and track procurement and delivery until successful implementation.

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, SEO, and SEM. Write, edit, and optimize content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social posts, and digital ads. Track campaign KPIs, report insights, manage social media activity, and maintain consistent brand messaging while collaborating with sales, design, and product teams.
