Own post-sale success for public sector cybersecurity customers from onboarding through renewal. Manage multi-phase implementations, milestones, risks, compliance, stakeholder reporting, and contractual deliverables while coordinating agencies, systems integrators, resellers, and internal teams. Serve as the technical account lead, drive platform adoption, monitor customer outcomes, resolve issues, conduct government-focused business reviews, and identify renewal and expansion opportunities.

Develop and maintain scalable Python/Django backend features for Cyware’s Cyber Fusion platform across commercial and AWS GovCloud environments. Design microservices, REST APIs, AI and RAG integrations, multi-tenant architectures, and secure identity systems. Ensure FedRAMP/GovRAMP compliance through secure coding, audit logging, RBAC, encryption, testing, and continuous monitoring. Collaborate with DevOps, GRC, Security, and engineering teams on CI/CD, code reviews, production support, and platform improvements.

Lead public-sector cybersecurity solution architecture for federal, state, and local government customers. Design Cyware deployments and integrations across SIEM, EDR, SOAR, TIP, cloud security, and information-sharing environments. Build reusable threat-intelligence and autonomous SOC use cases, advise on compliance and accreditation, support RFPs and strategic deals, and guide customers on CTI maturity, automation, governance, and security operations. Collaborate with Product and Engineering while enabling sales, delivery, and customer-success teams.

Build, secure, and operate AWS and AWS GovCloud infrastructure across commercial and government environments. Own CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes and GitOps deployments, infrastructure as code, environment segmentation, secrets management, monitoring, incident response, database migrations, and compliance automation. Support FedRAMP, GovRAMP, and IL5 authorization requirements, collaborate with Security/GRC on audits and continuous monitoring, and improve reliability, scalability, and engineering productivity.

Own outbound and inbound prospecting for named North American target accounts, researching buying groups, running personalized sequences, and generating qualified pipeline. Partner with Sales Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and opportunity development. Use AI and sales technologies to prioritize accounts, personalize outreach, and identify buying signals. Maintain cybersecurity platform fluency, track KPIs in CRM, provide market feedback, and occasionally participate in industry events.
