Own end-to-end product design for Cyvl’s hardware and software platform, from field capture to customer interfaces. Conduct discovery with public works teams, translate complex infrastructure data into intuitive experiences, prototype and ship changes in production code, analyze product data, maintain the design system, and shape the platform’s future direction. As the sole product designer, this role will eventually build and lead the design function.

Responsibilities include developing Python services, cloud data pipelines, APIs, integrations, and web platform features; improving scalability and reliability; owning features end to end; and collaborating with product, operations, customers, and technical teams. The role also involves using AI coding tools and supporting government technology integrations.

Build and operate scalable data pipelines and platforms that transform LiDAR, imagery, and GPS sensor data into reliable geospatial deliverables. Responsibilities include data ingestion, AI processing, quality monitoring, workflow automation, and AWS cost and performance optimization. The role partners with Data Operations, GIS, product, AI, and analytics teams and requires end-to-end ownership, including on-call support.

Process geospatial customer data through Python pipelines, validate and publish map layers, build automated quality checks, investigate AWS processing failures, and automate manual workflows. Collaborate with engineering and customer success to resolve field-reported issues and improve delivery processes.

Own the full-cycle enterprise sales process across city, county, and engineering-firm accounts. Engineering intern contributing to production frontend and backend features, APIs, services, and machine learning capabilities. Responsibilities include writing tested Python and Supabase code, collaborating with engineering, design, and product teams, using cloud and DevOps tools, and working with AI coding agents. The intern will receive mentoring through pairing, code reviews, and feedback while building scalable software for infrastructure customers.

The Business Development Representative will engage municipalities and engineering firms to grow the sales pipeline for Cyvl's infrastructure technology, manage lead generation, and maintain client relations.

Own mechanical hardware design for vehicle-mounted LiDAR sensors from concept through production. Responsibilities include enclosure, chassis, thermal, sealing, mounting, drawings, GD&T, testing, tooling, DFM, contract manufacturing support, revision control, and field reliability. The role requires hands-on prototyping, collaboration with electrical and firmware teams, and ensuring rugged performance across environmental and vehicle conditions.

Own enterprise and strategic customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Define success metrics, demonstrate platform impact, lead training and business reviews, manage renewal forecasting and negotiations, identify expansion opportunities, and build scalable customer success processes and playbooks. As a Senior Account Executive, you will manage a pipeline of city and enterprise accounts, closing high-value deals while collaborating across teams for strategic partnerships.
