Lead the procurement, evaluation, selection, and implementation of an HRIS for a public-sector organization. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, conducting market research, preparing procurement documents, supporting vendor evaluation and negotiations, coordinating stakeholders, overseeing implementation readiness, and managing post-go-live stabilization. The consultant will collaborate with procurement teams, business and technical stakeholders, executives, and the selected vendor while managing risks, documentation, facilitation, and project delivery.

Performs RTL synthesis, optimization, floorplanning, netlist analysis, and timing closure for complex ASIC and SoC designs. The engineer collaborates with RTL, architecture, verification, and physical design teams to optimize performance, power, area, congestion, and implementation efficiency. The role also contributes to design reviews and process improvements while supporting advanced technology-node designs.

Lead SAP platform strategy, roadmap, and operations across ECC, S/4HANA, HANA, BI, and integration environments. Manage SAP Basis administration, system copies, client strategy, performance tuning, transports, monitoring, backups, high availability, and disaster recovery. Apply RISE with SAP and S/4HANA Cloud expertise, coordinate hyperscaler infrastructure and shared responsibility models, lead distributed teams, and collaborate on SAP security and audit requirements.
