The role requires strong client and partner relationships, cybersecurity and IT knowledge, technical writing, Agile Kanban familiarity, leadership, and willingness to provide onsite support during 24/7 incidents with frequent travel.

Lead bilingual (English/German) incident response and recovery engagements: live response, triage, containment, remediation and system/network rebuilds. Provide hands-on Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V, Windows, NAS/SAN and firewall troubleshooting, network traffic analysis, client reporting, mentorship and tool selection. Guide containment, eradication, and secure rebuild strategies, serve as senior technical resource, communicate with executives and legal, mentor consultants, and develop recovery playbooks.

Lead bilingual (English/Dutch) incident response and recovery engagements: perform live response, triage, containment, rebuilds and restoration of systems, networks and applications.
