Leads the accounting function, including journal entries, reconciliations, payroll, general ledger integrity, month-end and year-end close, audits, financial reporting, and internal controls. Manages and develops the accounting team while improving processes, automation, integrations, and reporting. Partners with business leaders to explain financial results, identify performance trends, and support operational and strategic decisions across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for CYPFER’s DFIR service line. Oversees complex incident response and recovery engagements, delivery governance, quality standards, escalations, client relationships, and executive communications. Leads Senior Managers and Managers, develops talent, advances methodologies and tooling strategy, supports proposals and business development, and contributes to account growth and thought leadership. The remote role includes on-call participation and short-notice travel for critical client engagements.

Manage multiple cybersecurity client engagements from initiation through delivery, overseeing scope, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Lead cross-functional technical teams, coordinate incident response and breach remediation projects, manage escalations, support statements of work, and ensure quality of final deliverables. The role requires strong client and partner relationships, cybersecurity and IT knowledge, technical writing, Agile Kanban familiarity, leadership, and willingness to provide onsite support during 24/7 incidents with frequent travel.
