Leads technical RFQ evaluation, product feasibility, manufacturability reviews, cost and NRE estimation, cycle-time analysis, and NPI activities for PCBA, Box Build, and system integration projects. Coordinates cross-functional engineering, quality, procurement, sales, and program teams; supports prototypes through mass production, FAI, production issue resolution, ECO/ECN implementation, process improvement, and customer technical reviews across aerospace, medical, industrial, and automotive products.

Lead Kinaxis RapidResponse supply chain planning initiatives by gathering requirements, creating BRDs, designing testing and UAT plans, and coordinating with stakeholders and implementation teams. Develop Power BI and advanced Excel dashboards for supply chain analytics, manage UAT, identify risks and process improvements, and ensure solutions meet operational requirements and industry standards.

Monitor and improve process quality metrics including FPY and RTY, analyze recurring defects, lead GYAT reviews, and implement corrective actions. Provide IPQA support, manage PFMEA and Control Plans, close audit findings, and apply SPC, 8D, Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and CAPA. The role requires experience with PCB assemblies, electronic components, mechanical inspection, customer and incoming quality, SAP, IPC standards, and quality documentation.
