Lead NPI Engineer responsible for full product introduction lifecycle for PCBA and wire harnesses: DFM/DFA/DFT reviews, tooling/fixture design, process development, validation, troubleshooting, yield improvement, documentation (PFMEA, SOPs), and cross-functional coordination to ensure compliant, high-quality mass production.

Lead end-to-end manufacturing for aerospace & defense electronics including SMT, assembly, testing and system integration. Ensure on-time delivery, zero-defect quality, regulatory compliance (AS9100, IPC, NADCAP), drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements, implement digital manufacturing initiatives, manage large cross-functional teams, support NPI, and control costs and capacity to meet KPIs (OTD, FPY, OEE).

Lead end-to-end new product introduction from design transfer to mass production. Manage multiple NPI projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure manufacturing readiness, drive DFM/DFA, oversee pilot builds and ramp-up, manage quality and risk (DFMEA/PFMEA), and maintain NPI documentation and metrics.
