Coordinate and expedite outsourced and subcontracted machining and special processes to meet production and delivery schedules. Track supplier commitments, perform frequent supplier visits, resolve delays, ensure timely movement and receipt of parts, and maintain status updates and internal coordination to meet planned timelines.

Lead strategic sourcing of electronic components, manage RFQs and supplier negotiations, mitigate obsolescence and shortages, qualify alternates, support BOM cost reduction and ERP/SAP data maintenance, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.

Lead EMS engineering for NPI and product lifecycle, develop and sustain manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies and large electrical systems, drive quality/cost/delivery goals, manage BOMs, tooling, MES and process controls, supervise and develop NPI engineers, and engage with customers and business development.
