Develops, validates, and improves aerospace manufacturing and assembly processes from NPI through production sustainment. Responsibilities include creating APQP documentation, interpreting drawings and GD&T, managing engineering changes, maintaining SAP BOMs and routings, supporting tooling and fixture development, and ensuring AS9100 and customer compliance. The role collaborates with engineering, quality, supply chain, production, and maintenance teams on process qualification, audits, FAI, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

Leads the complete New Product Introduction lifecycle from project kickoff through mass production. Coordinates prototype, pilot, pre-production, and production builds; ensures materials, tooling, documentation, fixtures, testing, and manufacturing processes are ready. Reviews drawings, schematics, BOMs, and engineering changes while collaborating with design, quality, supply chain, and operations teams. Troubleshoots manufacturing issues, manages risks and corrective actions, validates processes, and drives continuous improvement and production ramp-up.
