Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing backend-heavy TypeScript and Node.js services, building REST APIs, modeling PostgreSQL data, supporting production systems, improving reliability and observability, and owning services end to end. The role includes incident investigation, technical planning, partner integrations, code review, mentoring, and occasional React work. Engineers collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership while developing expertise in crypto and stablecoin payments.

Build and own test infrastructure for a crypto payments platform, including vendor mocks, simulators, contract tests, test data tooling, CI pipelines, flaky-test reduction, test scaffolding, and production-adjacent verification. Coach engineers on effective testing and support AI-assisted test generation. The role requires strong TypeScript, Playwright, CI/CD, API testing, and test-framework development experience, with crypto payment knowledge developed on the job.

Own Cyclops’ brand strategy and positioning as a leader in stablecoin payments infrastructure. Responsibilities include thought leadership, content and SEO/AIO strategy, global payments conference planning, field marketing, analytics, analyst and press relations, and partner or client co-marketing. The role requires deep payments-industry experience, strong conference networks, hands-on execution, and the ability to build trust and visibility among PSPs, networks, acquirers, and other payments companies.

Own QA strategy and execution for a crypto payments product squad. Build and maintain automated UI, API, and backend tests using TypeScript and Playwright, integrate regression testing into CI/CD, and conduct exploratory, acceptance, and release testing. Review requirements, manage the automation backlog, communicate product issues, maintain QA reports, and drive quality decisions with engineering, product, stakeholders, and vendors.

Leads cross-functional technical programs, partner integrations, onboarding, and operational readiness. Owns project plans, dependencies, risks, compliance requirements, documentation, stakeholder communications, and delivery reporting. Coordinates engineering, product, legal, compliance, operations, and external partners to ensure initiatives are delivered clearly, predictably, and on schedule. Supports leadership planning and go-to-market readiness while maintaining program documentation and decision continuity.
