Own commercial legal work, including drafting and negotiating client, partner, vendor, and intercompany agreements. Advise teams on regulatory, licensing, privacy, AML, sanctions, and other compliance matters related to stablecoin and payments infrastructure. Support corporate governance, equity matters, financing, records, and outside counsel management while building scalable legal processes.

Leads technical discovery and solution architecture for strategic commercial opportunities, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and executives. Designs scalable integrations, identifies risks and dependencies, guides opportunities through implementation, and ensures smooth handoffs to Client Success. Builds the Solutions Architecture function, including discovery frameworks, solution standards, templates, tools, and technical sales processes. The role requires strong API, systems architecture, payment-flow, communication, commercial judgment, and technical advisory skills.

Own the compliance and onboarding product suite across crypto and fiat payment products. Lead KYB/KYC onboarding, cross-provider verification orchestration, data reuse, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, risk scoring, and Travel Rule compliance. Partner with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to translate regulations into product requirements, automate workflows with AI, manage sensitive data responsibly, and drive measurable outcomes across jurisdictions.
