Lead process engineering for metal recovery, develop operating philosophies and feedstock recipes, run process simulations and mass/energy balances, support safety reviews (HAZID/HAZOP), perform CAPEX/OPEX trade-offs, equipment specification, commissioning, RCFA, reliability improvements, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, suppliers, and Process Technology.

Lead and maintain document management systems and policies, configure/administer EDMS and CDEs, enforce version control and audit readiness, perform quality checks on technical documents, supervise document control staff, train stakeholders, prepare audit packages, and generate reporting and metrics to ensure secure, traceable, and compliant document workflows across engineering, construction, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
