Leads domestic and international capital projects from site selection and planning through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and operational handover. Owns project scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, and executive reporting. The role oversees industrial processing plant development, contractors, suppliers, technology partners, and cross-functional teams while ensuring safe, compliant, commercially viable, and sustainable project delivery.

Administer and improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, provide cross-functional user support, configure and customize ERP capabilities, manage enhancement requests, support implementations and integrations, develop documentation and training, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners across a growing multinational manufacturing organization.

Partners with operations, supply chain, engineering, procurement, and finance stakeholders to improve inventory accuracy, controls, cost visibility, margins, and operational decision-making.

Leads sourcing and procurement for major capital equipment, engineered systems, and project services. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, managing RFQs and bid evaluations, negotiating commercial agreements, evaluating vendors, supporting project schedules, driving cost savings, and mitigating procurement risks. The role also helps build standardized capital procurement processes, templates, playbooks, metrics, and ERP improvements while collaborating with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and vendors.

Design and specify mechanical equipment for rare-earth recycling plants, including sizing calculations, materials selection, fabrication drawings, piping and plant layouts. Lead equipment procurement, vendor technical reviews, commissioning, maintenance planning, and continuous process improvement. Collaborate with laboratory, operations, contractors, and vendors; manage project deadlines; mentor junior engineers; and travel internationally approximately 25–50% of the time.

Lead and deliver multidisciplinary R&D projects for rare-earth recycling, owning scope, schedule, budget, risks, stage-gates and stakeholder alignment. Provide hands-on solvent extraction and hydrometallurgy technical judgment, design test campaigns, support scale-up and pilot trials, and translate R&D outcomes into commercialization and plant-ready implementation plans while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Lead scale-up and commercialization of hydrometallurgical processes from lab to pilot to commercial plants. Develop process understanding, models, mass/energy balances, design basis, and scale-up strategies. Design and support test programs, commissioning, startup, and early operations; analyze data to drive engineering decisions and mentor junior engineers.

The Mechanical Engineering Lead oversees mechanical engineering requirements for capital projects, ensuring designs meet specifications while providing technical leadership and quality assurance throughout project phases.

The Electrical Engineering Lead oversees external design partners, defining requirements and validating designs for electrical systems in capital projects while ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with engineering standards.

The Scientist will develop and optimize metallization processes for rare earth elements, perform experiments, and support R&D efforts in metallization technologies.

Design and execute hydrometallurgical research and process-development programs for rare earth recovery. Plan and run bench and pilot tests, analyze data and metallurgical accounting, support scale-up and plant operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document results, and ensure safety and compliance. Travel up to 30% for trials and partner engagements.

The Engineering Manager oversees multi-disciplinary engineering activities, ensuring project deliverables meet safety, budget, and timeline standards, while managing internal resources and external partnerships across capital projects.
