Teams at Cyclic Materials

Designs, commissions, maintains, and improves electrical and control systems for industrial recycling operations. Leads troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, power distribution and energy-efficiency initiatives, and electrical projects from design through commissioning. Coordinates contractors and cross-functional engineering teams, ensures compliance with electrical standards and safety requirements, documents system changes, and mentors junior technical staff.

Develops regional commercial growth across rare earth, recycling, magnet, manufacturing, and industrial markets. Responsibilities include sourcing feedstock, securing supply and offtake agreements, managing strategic accounts, negotiating complex contracts, identifying partnerships, monitoring market intelligence, and representing the company with customers, suppliers, associations, government, and research stakeholders across multiple western U.S. states.

Supports the Account Executive by managing customer and supplier accounts, qualifying leads, coordinating quotes and orders, maintaining CRM records, tracking pipelines and forecasts, and facilitating commercial activity for rare earth recycling feedstock. The role coordinates with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams to resolve issues, support onboarding, source materials, and build long-term industrial partnerships across the western United States.
