Lead North American manufacturing operations to commission and scale multiple recycling facilities from pilot to 24/7 commercial production. Oversee equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, safety and regulatory compliance across US and Canada. Implement OT systems (IoT, ERP, material tracking), apply Lean/Six Sigma to improve yields and efficiency, design circular feedstock and offtake strategies, build site leadership teams, and manage stakeholder and community relationships during facility ramp-up.

Lead and deliver multidisciplinary R&D projects for rare-earth recycling, owning scope, schedule, budget, risks, stage-gates and stakeholder alignment. Provide hands-on solvent extraction and hydrometallurgy technical judgment, design test campaigns, support scale-up and pilot trials, and translate R&D outcomes into commercialization and plant-ready implementation plans while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Lead scale-up and commercialization of hydrometallurgical processes from lab to pilot to commercial plants. Develop process understanding, models, mass/energy balances, design basis, and scale-up strategies. Design and support test programs, commissioning, startup, and early operations; analyze data to drive engineering decisions and mentor junior engineers.
