Supports the Marketing team with administrative coordination, meetings, calendars, timelines, files, presentations, reports, internal communications, social media scheduling, events, market research, activity tracking, invoices, purchase orders, promotional inventory, and vendor coordination. The role is a 12-month opportunity designed to build practical marketing, communications, coordination, and project-support experience.

Administer and improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, provide cross-functional user support, configure and customize ERP capabilities, manage enhancement requests, support implementations and integrations, develop documentation and training, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners across a growing multinational manufacturing organization.

Coordinates capital procurement from requisition through delivery, including RFQs, purchase orders, vendor documentation, ERP records, milestone tracking, expediting, logistics updates, project actions, approvals, and reporting. Supports vendor onboarding, commercial correspondence, process improvements, procurement metrics, workflow standardization, and ERP enhancements. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage changing priorities in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
