Generate high-quality sales pipeline through outbound and inbound outreach, qualify early-stage opportunities, book meetings, document customer needs, support Account Managers with sales administration, and ensure accurate CRM records and smooth handovers to Account Managers/Directors.

Manage end-to-end enterprise sales within assigned market: identify, develop, and close new business; build long-term customer relationships; maintain pipeline and CRM records; collaborate with marketing and partners; produce proposals and presentations to meet targets.

Own and evolve Cybit's visual identity across digital, print, campaigns, events and sales. Design high‑impact assets, translate technical messaging into visual storytelling, develop video/motion/3D concepts, leverage AI and modern tools to scale content, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product and Leadership to drive brand consistency and commercial growth.

Own and optimise the website as a revenue-generating platform, improve AI and search visibility, strengthen technical SEO and content structure, manage integrations with CRM/marketing tools, run data-driven conversion optimisation and A/B testing, and report commercial impact by driving qualified traffic, leads and pipeline.

Design, implement, and optimise automation workflows, AI solutions and platforms. Own ITSM/CRM and RMM systems, build LLM-based agents, convert PoCs into production, ensure security, reliability and observability, collaborate with stakeholders and CTO to drive automation-first initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

Design, build and maintain dashboards and analytical applications (Power BI, Qlik Cloud). Translate business requirements into data models, calculations (DAX, Power Query, Qlik scripting, set analysis) and visualisations; connect to multiple data sources, test and resolve data quality issues, document solutions, support deployments, and work with consultants, data engineers and customers to deliver and improve BI solutions.
