Own and grow enterprise revenue across direct accounts and partner channels in India. Build and activate relationships with system integrators, distributors, resellers, and AV consultants; influence enterprise RFP specifications; and manage the full sales cycle, including demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and CXO-level deal closures. The role requires a strong AV, ProAV, UC&C, or interactive display network and experience with channel structures and tender processes.

Generates and nurtures leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and virtual product demonstrations. Manages CRM pipelines, conducts timely follow-ups, achieves sales quotas and KPIs, and collaborates with field sales and marketing teams to align messaging and target audiences.

Performs basic electronics work including PCB soldering, component removal, power supply board repair, and testing resistors, capacitors, diodes, and transistors. Troubleshoots SMPS and high-voltage circuits, reads schematics, understands fundamental electronic principles, and may use Eagle, KiCad, or Altium for PCB design and layout.
