Executive responsible for overseeing CVR's HCV Project Based Voucher contract at SFHA. Manages program operations, HUD compliance, contract metrics, monthly reporting, budgeting, stakeholder relations, quality control, and supervises ~60 staff to ensure successful program delivery.

Lead and manage affordable housing development and asset repositioning projects. Create and maintain project plans and schedules, coordinate teams and stakeholders, interpret HUD/federal/state regulations, analyze budgets and data, prepare client deliverables, manage subcontractors, mentor staff, ensure contract compliance, and travel to client sites as needed.

Executive leader responsible for overall management, compliance, and performance of CVR's HCV contract with the Chicago Housing Authority. Oversees program administration, subcontractor oversight, staff leadership, HUD/CHA regulatory compliance, reporting, KPI monitoring, stakeholder relations, and operational improvements to deliver high-quality services to participants and property owners.

Provide scheduling and clerical support for the Housing Choice Voucher program: process HAP contracts and verifications, manage recertification/intake scheduling, maintain files and logs, assist walk-in clients and landlords, enter data into Yardi and SharePoint, and support front desk coverage.
