Develop and maintain operational and compliance reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and Excel. Validate and analyze data from Yardi, Salesforce, CVR Tracker, and SharePoint to identify trends, risks, and efficiencies. Support audits and contractual reporting, track owner compliance and enforcement actions, and manage suspension and appeals processes. Automate reporting, document metric definitions, and provide executive summaries and recommendations to leadership.

Lead and manage affordable housing development and asset repositioning projects. Create and maintain project plans and schedules, coordinate teams and stakeholders, interpret HUD/federal/state regulations, analyze budgets and data, prepare client deliverables, manage subcontractors, mentor staff, ensure contract compliance, and travel to client sites as needed.

Provide scheduling and clerical support for the Housing Choice Voucher program: process HAP contracts and verifications, manage recertification/intake scheduling, maintain files and logs, assist walk-in clients and landlords, enter data into Yardi and SharePoint, and support front desk coverage.
