Lead end-to-end IT projects from requirements through go-live and hypercare while owning key business applications including Salesforce Commerce Cloud and PIM/DAM platforms. Manage integrations, application health, incidents, releases, vendors, budgets, governance, compliance, testing, change management, and user training. Partner with E-commerce, Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align technology roadmaps with business priorities.

Promotes and sells luxury skincare and fragrance products across Spain, delivering product demonstrations, skin diagnostics, facial treatments, and personalized recommendations. Manages promotional campaigns, appointments, and B2B client agendas while pursuing sales targets. Collaborates with Trade Marketing and Sales on promotional strategy, market analysis, merchandising, and product availability. Requires extensive travel, strong communication skills, Spanish and English fluency, and experience in luxury cosmetics promotion or sales training.

Supports trade marketing strategy, campaigns, promotions, events, market research, performance analysis, marketing collateral, and stakeholder relationships across European markets. Collaborates with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to strengthen brand awareness and drive sales in the luxury cosmetics sector. Requires current marketing or business studies, strong organization and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, advanced English, and preferred French or another European language proficiency.
