Serve as technical owner of Jira SaaS (Atlassian Government Cloud), administer and configure Jira, build secure integrations with GitLab and ServiceNow, automate data sync and CI/CD traceability, enable Agile adoption, and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on migrations and governance.

Lead product strategy and roadmaps for security engineering solutions across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. Translate regulatory and stakeholder requirements into prioritized backlogs and user stories, drive DevSecOps and automation initiatives, manage agile delivery teams, and measure outcomes to reduce risk and improve efficiency.

Design, build, and secure resilient REST API integrations and cloud-native connections to support enterprise data access management. Develop security architecture artifacts, automation/orchestration, testing, and documentation. Support DLP and CASB initiatives, advise engineering teams, implement IAM and encryption controls, and ensure alignment with federal cybersecurity standards and compliance.

Support, provision, automate, monitor, and troubleshoot AWS GovCloud infrastructure for an Enterprise Data Platform. Maintain IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines, Git-based source control, EKS container workloads, networking, monitoring (CloudWatch/CloudTrail), and security-aligned configurations. Collaborate with platform, security, infrastructure, and development teams to onboard applications, resolve incidents, and document operational runbooks.

Provide enterprise endpoint support and imaging for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices in a secure federal environment. Administer Entra ID/Active Directory, use Ivanti/KACE/Intune/JAMF for deployments, troubleshoot authentication and endpoint issues, perform secure drive sanitization, document changes, and coordinate with service desk, network, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to maintain compliance with Zero Trust and IRM standards.
