Lead strategy, roadmap, discovery, and delivery for a secure cloud-based research computing platform. Translate researcher needs into prioritized product requirements, partner with engineering, architecture, security, data, and business stakeholders, and guide agile teams from concept through launch. Define metrics, improve products using usage data and feedback, manage stakeholder expectations, and balance near-term delivery with long-term platform scalability.

Owns secure CI/CD engineering and integrates SIEM, scanners, ticketing, and other cybersecurity tools into automated workflows. Builds SOAR libraries, runbooks, playbooks, telemetry and data-normalization standards; manages hardened enterprise configurations through infrastructure-as-code and configuration management. Produces integration documentation, optimization reports, audit-remediation artifacts, and traceability documentation. Supports security validation, vulnerability management, and incident response across cloud-native and hybrid environments.

Process end-to-end payroll in ADP, including employee updates, adjustments, multi-state setup, tax withholding, reporting, reconciliations, compliance, year-end W-2 activities, audits, and employee support. Coordinate with ADP, HR, accounting, and management while maintaining confidential records and improving payroll controls.

Designs, reviews, and improves AWS cloud security across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Responsibilities include assessing infrastructure-as-code, implementing AWS security controls, validating federal compliance, identifying misconfigurations, maintaining security dashboards and architecture artifacts, advising engineering teams, conducting risk assessments and training, automating assessments, and strengthening IAM, monitoring, network segmentation, encryption, DevSecOps, and vulnerability management practices.

Design, build, and secure resilient REST API integrations and cloud-native connections to support enterprise data access management. Develop security architecture artifacts, automation/orchestration, testing, and documentation. Support DLP and CASB initiatives, advise engineering teams, implement IAM and encryption controls, and ensure alignment with federal cybersecurity standards and compliance.
