Facilitates Agile ceremonies, manages workflows and priorities, delivers projects, coordinates infrastructure and network teams, oversees incidents and SLAs, manages change windows and resources, and maintains technical documentation. The role combines Scrum Master facilitation, project management, stakeholder coordination, and Microsoft 365 operations leadership.

Serve as technical owner of Jira SaaS (Atlassian Government Cloud), administer and configure Jira, build secure integrations with GitLab and ServiceNow, automate data sync and CI/CD traceability, enable Agile adoption, and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on migrations and governance.

Owns secure CI/CD engineering and integrates SIEM, scanners, ticketing, and other cybersecurity tools into automated workflows. Builds SOAR libraries, runbooks, playbooks, telemetry and data-normalization standards; manages hardened enterprise configurations through infrastructure-as-code and configuration management. Produces integration documentation, optimization reports, audit-remediation artifacts, and traceability documentation. Supports security validation, vulnerability management, and incident response across cloud-native and hybrid environments.
