Leads M365 operational and project-based work using Kanban methodology. Facilitates Agile ceremonies, manages workflows and priorities, delivers projects, coordinates infrastructure and network teams, oversees incidents and SLAs, manages change windows and resources, and maintains technical documentation. The role combines Scrum Master facilitation, project management, stakeholder coordination, and Microsoft 365 operations leadership.

Serve as technical owner of Jira SaaS (Atlassian Government Cloud), administer and configure Jira, build secure integrations with GitLab and ServiceNow, automate data sync and CI/CD traceability, enable Agile adoption, and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on migrations and governance.
