Supports import and warehouse operations by processing client orders and receipts, entering and maintaining account data, coordinating with carriers and customers, tracking inventory and order status, preparing shipping and customs-related documents, completing reports and spreadsheets, answering billing questions, and supporting monthly billing activities. Requires strong communication, accurate data entry, attention to detail, and experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and warehouse management systems.

Provides customer and facility support for warehouse operations, including order entry, receipt processing, inventory inquiries, carrier communications, billing, account records, and shipping documentation. Maintains accurate data, reports, spreadsheets, and customer interaction records within warehouse management systems. Communicates order status and resolves customer inquiries while supporting daily distribution and fulfillment activities.

Administers and supports network and systems infrastructure across multiple warehouse facilities. Manages firewalls, switches, wireless networks, Windows servers, Active Directory, security systems, monitoring, documentation, patching, backups, and incident response. Supports warehouse expansions, customer onboarding, cybersecurity controls, and compliance initiatives. Troubleshoots Tier 2/3 connectivity issues and participates in on-call support and after-hours maintenance. Travel between facilities, including overnight travel, is required.
