Senior Project Manager responsible for planning, prioritizing, implementing, and reporting large-scale, multifunctional projects across operations and corporate departments. Duties include managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, vendors, contractors, project teams, risk, change management, facility startups, customer onboarding, procurement, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires stakeholder communication, onsite implementation support, and travel to regional or national locations.

Lead end-to-end client onboarding for 3PL implementations, manage cross-functional teams, integrate WMS/TMS/EDI, create project plans, train users, monitor KPIs, resolve issues, and report progress to stakeholders.

Provide senior-level administrative support to the CEO and other executives: manage calendars, travel, communications, and confidential correspondence; prepare executive presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and operational dashboards; coordinate and synthesize data for reports; perform research and special projects; enforce policy deviations and support a fast-paced logistics environment using MS Office, Visio, and project management tools.

Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel and material handling activities, enforce safety and maintenance standards, manage schedules and labor, train and assist staff, support continuous improvement (Kaizen), and maintain warehouse security and housekeeping.

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, transloading, picking, loading, and shipping. Assign work, prepare schedules, coordinate staffing and carriers, monitor employee performance, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure safe, efficient operations. Lead safety meetings, enforce policies, coordinate across departments, and support physical inventories and warehouse security.

Leads customer service and daily operations across designated branches, including technical support, onboarding, order delivery, warehousing, staffing, capacity planning, and customer escalations. Tracks customer health, retention, KPIs, forecasting, and operational performance. Manages projects, vendors, training, change management, resource allocation, and reporting while partnering with leadership and customer service teams to improve onboarding, reduce churn, and identify upsell opportunities.

Provides customer and facility support for warehouse operations, including order entry, receipt processing, inventory inquiries, carrier communication, billing assistance, and shipping documentation. Maintains accurate account records, spreadsheets, reports, and customer interaction logs within warehouse management and information systems. Communicates order status and shipping information to customers and internal teams while supporting client accounts and departmental activities.

Lead and optimize daily high-volume warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and labor management. Drive KPIs, safety and compliance, team development, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen/5S) to meet service and financial targets.

Provide first-level customer service for internal/external customers, process and track orders in WMS, communicate order status, prepare shipping and billing documents, maintain account data integrity, and support daily warehouse operations and reporting.

Provide HR leadership across multiple facilities managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, performance management, training, compliance, and HR analytics. Lead HR process development, supervise HR staff, partner with management and vendors, drive efficiency, and support employee engagement and safety programs. Travel up to 10%.

Provide customer service and operational support for order processing, scheduling, carrier communications, billing, and inventory using WMS and internal systems. Maintain account data integrity, prepare shipping documentation, track orders, and communicate status to customers and staff.

Lead FP&A function, manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting. Build financial models, drive cost and EBITDA improvements, implement Power BI reporting, support operations with data analysis and automated solutions, and present insights to senior management.
