Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel to ensure efficient material handling, safety, equipment maintenance, and production standards. Enforce schedules, conduct/ensure forklift safety inspections, train employees, support Kaizen improvements, maintain housekeeping and security, and assist other departments as needed.

The Sr. Application Engineer will lead the design and development of WMS application software, integrating it with customers and internal applications, while enhancing business workflows and managing WMS projects and optimizations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of office, breakroom, and restroom areas in a warehouse setting. Perform dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, spill cleanup, trash removal, restocking supplies, and other assigned duties while following safety procedures and working with minimal supervision.

Lead FP&A function, manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting. Build financial models, drive cost and EBITDA improvements, implement Power BI reporting, support operations with data analysis and automated solutions, and present insights to senior management.

Provide onsite and remote WMS (Manhattan SCALE) support across locations: design, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain SCALE; manage integrations, advanced configurations, UAT, reporting, training, and onboarding to optimize warehouse operations.

Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional projects across Operations and Corporate teams. Create and standardize project plans, manage budgets, vendors, travel to sites for start-ups, drive change and risk mitigation, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating stakeholders and building project teams.

Oversee daily kitting, packaging, and light manufacturing in a 3PL facility. Manage supervisors and hourly teams, meet production schedules and KPIs, ensure safety and quality, collaborate with warehouse, quality, HR, and customers, and drive continuous improvement.
