Lead and support day-to-day operations for an assigned production line: maintain workflow and material staging, monitor productivity and attendance, identify and escalate issues, train and communicate with team members, and maintain a safe, organized production floor while working hands-on alongside staff.

Perform assembly, inspection, packaging, and basic equipment operation for residential and commercial air filters. Maintain workstation cleanliness, follow production and safety procedures, report issues, and assist across production areas. On-the-job training provided; work is shift-based with potential overtime.

Lead and improve all day-to-day manufacturing operations across production, maintenance, quality, scheduling, and shipping. Develop supervisors, drive labor efficiency and throughput, set KPIs, reduce downtime and waste, partner with HR and Maintenance, and implement continuous improvement to support growth.

Lead 1st shift production operations, supervise and develop supervisors and hourly staff, plan staffing and schedules, monitor KPIs, drive Lean continuous improvement, coordinate with support teams, ensure safety and quality, and support equipment installations and expansion.
