Inspect raw materials, in-process and finished products for defects, verify customer specifications, document inspections, communicate quality issues to production, support continuous improvement, and maintain a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Lead and improve all day-to-day manufacturing operations across production, maintenance, quality, scheduling, and shipping. Develop supervisors, drive labor efficiency and throughput, set KPIs, reduce downtime and waste, partner with HR and Maintenance, and implement continuous improvement to support growth.

Assemble custom air filters on a production line using provided specifications. Measure, cut, and handle materials; inspect and package finished products; maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow production procedures. On-the-job training provided; 1st-shift schedule with potential overtime.
