Teams at Custom Filters Direct

Assemble custom HVAC air filters on a 1st shift production line. Follow work instructions, perform repetitive assembly tasks, operate basic hand tools, inspect finished products, maintain cleanliness and safety, meet daily production targets, and collaborate with team members. On-the-job training provided.

Lead and improve all day-to-day manufacturing operations across production, maintenance, quality, scheduling, and shipping. Develop supervisors, drive labor efficiency and throughput, set KPIs, reduce downtime and waste, partner with HR and Maintenance, and implement continuous improvement to support growth.

Lead 1st shift production operations, supervise and develop supervisors and hourly staff, plan staffing and schedules, monitor KPIs, drive Lean continuous improvement, coordinate with support teams, ensure safety and quality, and support equipment installations and expansion.
