Manage daily manufacturing and packaging operations, supervise production teams, coordinate labor and equipment, develop schedules, and ensure productivity, quality, safety, and output goals. Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, manage budgets, monitor performance using operational reports, maintain SOPs, and train and develop employees.

Maintains product details and online content across customer websites, e-commerce portals, and company sites. Responsibilities include writing, editing, uploading digital assets, managing content databases, supporting planograms, enforcing corporate media standards, coordinating with marketing, sales, merchants, and designers, and completing projects on schedule. The role requires strong communication, proofreading, organization, Excel database skills, and familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML.

Manage and grow sales across the New York and New Jersey territory by developing construction and building-products accounts, prospecting for new business, managing the full sales cycle, monitoring competitors and market trends, achieving sales and profitability targets, controlling expenses, and coordinating with internal operations. The remote role requires travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight trips.

Pack, load, and off-load products on fast-paced production lines using manual or semi-automated equipment. Follow work orders and safety protocols, lift up to 50 lbs, collaborate with production and maintenance, and support quality, service, and cost objectives. Opportunity for overtime and advancement.

Manage and grow Custom Building Products sales within The Home Depot across the Pacific Northwest. Build relationships at all retailer levels, drive territory sales plans, track financials, control expenses, provide product knowledge and market insights, and meet assigned sales targets while traveling throughout the territory.

Drive sales and grow market share in Central Florida by developing new business and managing existing construction accounts. Maintain territory competitive and financial data, execute sales strategies, control expenses, and report market trends. Build relationships with operations and customers, meet sales targets, and travel throughout the territory as required.
