Lead product strategy and roadmap for Cuscal's acquiring domain. Conduct discovery with customers and partners, shape payment technology solutions, influence cross-functional stakeholders, build business cases, and drive growth, adoption and commercial outcomes for acquiring products and payment acceptance capabilities.

Lead development and delivery of integrated creative content and digital communication strategies for internal and external channels. Create written, visual and video content, manage intranet and CMS, apply SEO and analytics, run engagement campaigns and events, partner with senior stakeholders and executives, and continuously optimise content performance to support organisational priorities and employee engagement.

Analyse large transaction and behavioural datasets to detect AML risks across payment channels, optimise detection rules and monitoring, develop analytics, dashboards and testing frameworks, and support continuous improvement of AML monitoring capabilities.

Lead Treasury first-line risk, controls and governance. Improve policy, procedures and data governance; ensure market risk, liquidity and credit reporting accuracy; support ALCO, regulatory engagement and Treasury strategy initiatives.

Support month-end and year-end close, prepare general journals and GL reconciliations, assist with financial statements, board reporting, variance analysis and regulatory reporting. Design, build and operate internal developer platforms and CI/CD pipelines. Enable GitHub administration, Terraform automation, observability (Grafana/Prometheus/CloudWatch/OpenTelemetry), and platform onboarding to reduce cognitive load for product squads.

Act as the bridge between business, cyber and delivery teams to define requirements for cyber transformation initiatives. Run workshops, document user stories, process maps, use cases and acceptance criteria. Support cyber risk assessments, compliance, testing/UAT, implementation planning, change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure secure, compliant delivery of technology solutions.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach squads and Product Owners, remove impediments, manage delivery and risks, drive continuous improvement using metrics, support release and incident activities, and contribute to the Scrum Master community of practice.

Lead regulatory elements for transitioning financial products during an enterprise migration. Provide compliance oversight, impact assessment, stakeholder guidance, training, client engagement, and embed regulatory controls into processes, policies and operations.

Lead operational risk oversight including developing the Operational Risk Management Framework (aligned to APRA CPS 230), advising business units on controls, incidents and risk-in-change, delivering data-driven risk reporting to executive and governance forums, and strengthening organisational risk maturity.

Manage payment industry compliance by reviewing scheme mandates and regulatory changes, assessing impacts, embedding compliance frameworks across product teams, maintaining obligations registers, supporting audits and attestations, and building relationships with industry bodies and internal stakeholders to drive compliance maturity and continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end integration and migration of Indue clients, products, and systems onto Cuscal acquiring platforms. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, drive governance, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives and customer outcomes.
