Lead regulatory elements for transitioning financial products during an enterprise migration. Provide compliance oversight, impact assessment, stakeholder guidance, training, client engagement, and embed regulatory controls into processes, policies and operations.

Manage payment industry compliance frameworks across product and technology teams: assess scheme and regulatory changes, maintain obligations registers, support audits and attestations, drive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous compliance improvement within an agile delivery environment.

Manage, support and improve the BMC Helix platform (Discovery, CMDB, AIOps); integrate BMC with enterprise systems; design monitoring, alerting and automation; drive upgrades and improvements; partner with vendors and stakeholders to deliver highly available services.

Design, build and support scalable full‑stack applications and microservices for high-volume, real-time payments. Contribute to portal development (Liferay), CI/CD and DevOps practices, testing, troubleshooting, and participate in rostered on-call production support.

Lead operational risk oversight: design and enhance the Operational Risk Management Framework (aligning with APRA CPS 230), advise and challenge business units on controls, incidents and risk-in-change, deliver data-driven risk reporting and insights to executives and governance, and strengthen organisational risk maturity.
