Designs, develops, supports, and monitors data products using Databricks, data lakes, and analytics systems. Responsibilities include building ETL pipelines, managing large datasets, optimizing workflows, supporting analytics solutions, troubleshooting incidents, implementing secure and compliant data practices, and participating in client-facing discovery and delivery. The role includes collaboration with product and data teams and participation in a 24/7 on-call roster.

Oversee Cuscal’s credit risk framework, including credit limits, exposures, risk models, policies, applications, reviews, and chargeback risk methodologies. Provide independent oversight of first-line credit risk practices, emerging risk analysis, regulatory engagement, Board and committee reporting, remediation support, and training. Use data-driven insights to strengthen portfolio performance and ensure compliance with APRA requirements.

Provides independent second-line oversight and challenge across technology, cyber, and data risk within a financial services organization. Responsibilities include reviewing risk decisions, controls, incidents, remediation plans, and significant technology initiatives; conducting assurance reviews; escalating material risks; supporting executive reporting; and maintaining risk policies, standards, and training. The role requires strong knowledge of financial services regulations, cybersecurity and risk frameworks, AI governance, stakeholder influence, and the ability to communicate complex risks clearly.
