Provide FP&A decision support for Client, Growth & Strategy: build pricing and forecasting models, manage month-end reporting, deliver driver-based strategic plans, partner with business leaders on pricing proposals and continuous improvement to drive financial performance.

Lead end-to-end integration and migration of Indue clients, products, and systems onto Cuscal acquiring platforms. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, drive governance, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives and customer outcomes.

Provide operational DBA support for Oracle and SQL Server environments, monitor and tune performance, manage backups/upgrades/recovery, support high-availability production systems, contribute to operational projects, and participate in an on-call rotation.
