Supports month-end and year-end close, general ledger reconciliations, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, audits, and financial control activities. The role also contributes to board reporting, process improvements, and Workday general ledger implementation readiness. It requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently within a financial services environment.

Leads technical solution design and software delivery for payments, settlements, and disputes platforms. Provides hands-on engineering support, code reviews, technical mentoring, risk resolution, release planning, and roadmap input. Establishes development, testing, CI/CD, DevOps, security, resilience, and operational practices while supporting incident reviews and defect prioritization. Partners with product, architecture, and delivery teams to build scalable solutions and uplift engineering capability.

Deploys, operates, secures, and maintains enterprise integration infrastructure across development, staging, and production. Responsibilities include managing messaging and API platforms, building infrastructure as code with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm, operating CI/CD pipelines, supporting Kubernetes and Docker, and implementing high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, certificate management, and secrets handling. The role also creates operational documentation and collaborates with engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, identity, and vendor teams.
