Serve as primary project manager and client liaison for new customers adopting Curve Hero. Plan implementations, manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate training and data conversion, track deliverables and timelines, resolve roadblocks, and secure client signoffs while ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Lead onboarding for Dental Service Organization clients by planning projects, coordinating data conversions, developing and delivering training, liaising between internal teams, managing risks, and sustaining long-term account relationships.

Manage full sales cycle for dental practices: prospect, qualify, demo (with product specialists), follow up, and close SaaS practice-management deals. Use inbound/outbound outreach, meet appointment and revenue targets, and maintain CRM data integrity with Salesforce and Gong.
