Lead business development for Sensors & Actuation in European aerospace and defense: identify opportunities, lead capture and proposal teams, build customer/primes relationships, develop business cases, ensure regulatory/export compliance, and travel to accounts (≈50%).

Supports sales by managing RFQs and quotes for fastener-related manufactured products. Plans and coordinates materials, schedules, inventory, BOM changes, and supply risk mitigation for new product introduction builds.
