Leads the design, analysis, testing, prototyping, optimization, and manufacturing support of mechanical systems, equipment, and packaging. Conducts feasibility studies and experiments, analyzes performance data, directs technicians during fabrication and testing, maintains engineering documentation, supports maintenance and root-cause investigations, and provides technical leadership for complex engineering challenges and bid responses.

Leads materials management for a business unit, overseeing purchasing, material planning, inventory control, logistics, shipping and receiving, stockroom operations, and ERP transactions. Develops sourcing, inventory, compliance, budget, and cost-reduction strategies while ensuring material availability, production continuity, and regulatory adherence. Manages and develops a multidisciplinary supply chain team, establishes performance metrics, and drives continuous improvement across supplier management and materials operations.

Designs, develops, architects, tests, debugs, and documents embedded software for precision electronic measurement equipment. Creates design and software verification reports, translates customer requirements into software architectures, and collaborates with engineering teams. The role requires C, C++, Python, Xilinx Zynq and Vitis experience, software verification tools, Agile development experience, strong technical communication, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
