Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages milestones, phase gates, schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables, and resolves conflicts affecting project success. Provides executive status reporting, improves project processes, and collaborates daily with engineering, materials, production, logistics, quality assurance, and sales teams to meet customer expectations and fiscal objectives.

Engineering intern supporting structural, stress, and fatigue analyses of safety-related nuclear power plant components. Responsibilities include developing ANSYS finite element models, reviewing SolidWorks CAD models and drawings, performing hand calculations, preparing design reports, and evaluating pressure, seismic, thermal, and mechanical loads. The intern will collaborate with design engineers to develop code-compliant geometry and structural improvements while documenting assumptions, methods, and conclusions.

Leads complex electromechanical design projects from concept through prototype and deployment. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, actuation-system design, calculations, simulation, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, material and vendor evaluation, environmental and reliability testing, field-failure analysis, APQP documentation, and coordination with distributed engineering teams. The role also drives value-engineering initiatives, supports fabrication, resolves technical issues, and mentors engineering personnel.
