Own strategic customer engagements from discovery through delivery, partnering with executive sponsors and Forward Deployed Engineers. Scope AI projects, lead technical discovery, configure workflows and integrations, drive adoption, train users, manage feasibility and expansion opportunities, and relay product gaps to Engineering and Product. The role requires executive presence, technical credibility in LLMs and agentic coding, hands-on platform configuration, and the ability to deliver production AI workflows quickly.

Found and operate a scalable enterprise account management motion across hundreds of accounts. Use agentic workflows to assess customer health, prioritize outreach, drive adoption, realize value, support retention and expansion, identify whitespace, and develop reusable playbooks. The role combines customer success, account relationship management, AI adoption, and operational design in a high-velocity environment.
