Lead full-cycle, technical enterprise sales from prospecting through negotiation and close. Build account strategies, create pipeline via outbound and inbound channels, collaborate with Sales Engineering/Product/Customer Success, navigate complex procurement/security/legal processes, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Lead and scale a federal sales organization: hire and coach account executives, set territory and GTM strategy, drive new agency acquisition and expansion, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, build executive relationships, define ROI frameworks tied to developer productivity and AI adoption, partner with engineering and AI deployment for POCs to production, and develop repeatable federal procurement and compliance playbooks.

Lead and scale Cursor's Commercial Sales across APJ: build the regional sales organization, hire and coach managers and AEs, define GTM and sales playbooks, establish pipeline generation and forecasting discipline, partner cross-functionally, and stay close to key customers to drive growth.
